Hai Phong University Science Journal is the scientific mouthpiece of Hai Phong University operating under License 416/GP-BTTTT dated January 11, 2023 of the Ministry of Information and Communications, granted ISSN 1859-2368 by the Ministry of Science and Technology. It is a major specialized journal and aims to inform about the scientific research results of Hai Phong University; introduce domestic and foreign scientific research projects to encourage the promotion of scientific research and technology transfer; exchange scientific and technological information with related organisations to serve the socio-economic development of Hai Phong City, the Northern Coastal region and the whole country.

Hai Phong University Science Journal continues to receive and evaluate serious submissions with a discreet review process to ensure the best scientific quality of the articles.

The journal is divided into 3 issues: Economic Science - Engineering - Technology; Science Education – Social Sciences – Humanities and Special Issue.

Publication frequency: Hai Phong University Science Journal publishes 7 issues per year in January, March, May, July, September, October and November.
