Việc trang bị cho trẻ kĩ năng nhận thức là vô cùng quan trọng, trong đó kĩ
năng quan sát là một trong những kĩ cơ bản của hoạt động nhận thức. Hiện nay ở các
trường mầm non việc rèn kĩ năng quan sát cho trẻ được thực hiện thông qua các hoạt
động. Trong đó hoạt động lao động là một dạng hoạt động mà trẻ rất yêu thích, ngay
từ bé trẻ đã muốn được bắt chước những công việc của người lớn. Tuy nhiên hoạt động này ở trường mầm non ít được giáo viên quan tâm do việc tổ chức cần có sự chuẩn bị
nhiều dụng cụ, đồ dùng, ngoài ra giáo viên chưa thấy hết được tiềm năng của hoạt động trong việc rèn kĩ năng quan sát cho trẻ. Bài viết đưa ra được những ưu thế của hoạt
động lao động thông qua việc xây dựng một số biện pháp rèn kĩ năng quan sát cho trẻ
mẫu giáo 5-6 tuổi trong hoạt động lao động ở trường mầm non.
Equipping children with cognitive skills is of utmost importance, among which the skill of observation constitutes one of the fundamental components of cognitive development. At present, preschools often implement observation skill training through various activities. Notably, work-based activities are particularly appealing to young children, who, from an early age, exhibit a desire to imitate and perform adult tasks. However, such activities in preschools have received limited attention from educators, as they require considerable preparation in terms oftools and materials, and teachers often fail to fully appreciate their potential for fostering children’s observation skills. This article highlights the advantages of work-based activities by proposing a range of strategies to cultivate observation skills in children through these activities in the preschool setting.
