Developing discovery competence through learning projects in teaching Grade 3 Nature and Society is one of the practical measures to meet the current educational innovation requirements. Through proposing the process of learning projects to develop discoverycompetence in Grade 3 Nature and Society subject, the article is expected to help enhance students’ proactiveness and positiveness when taking part in new lessons; to create an environment where children themselves can practice discovery competence and creatively apply the useful knowledge into reality flexibly and effectively.
