Bài báo này sử dụng mô hình véc tơ tự hồi quy (VAR) và kiểm định nhân quả Granger để kiểm định mối quan hệ giữa phát triển dịch vụ logistics cảng biển tại Hải Phòng và một số yếu tố khác và giá trị xuất khẩu hàng hóa của Thành phố giai đoạn 1990-2020. Kết quả thực nghiệm cho thấy, phát triển dịch phụ logistics cảng biển và giá trị xuất khẩu hàng hóa của Hải Phòng có quan hệ nhân quả hai chiều (bidirectional relationship). Ngoài ra, gia tăng xuất khẩu hàng hóa của Hải Phòng còn do sự phát triển của lực lượng lao động và sự mất giá của VND so với USD. Một số kiến nghị để phát triển dịch vụ logistics cảng biển cho Hải Phòng nhằm gia tăng xuất khẩu cho thành phố thời gian tới cũng được đề xuất trong bài báo này.
This paper will apply vector autoregression model (VAR) and Granger causality test to examine the relationships between the development of seaport logistics services in Hai Phong and other factors and the city’s exports during 1990-2020. The empirical results show that the development of seaport logistics services and the city’s exports have bidirectional relationship. Furthermore, the increase of the city’s exports is caused by the development of the labor force and the devaluation of the VND compared to the USD. Some recommendations to develop seaport logistics services in Hai Phong to promote the city’s exports in the coming time are also proposed in this paper
