This study experimentally investigates the effect of curing conditions on the compressive strength of 3D-printed concrete (3DPC), using two-layer wall unit cells with a W-shaped rib configuration printed from a fly-ash-based mixture reinforced with polypropylene fiber. Specimens were cured under three regimes including natural air curing (TN), membrane wrapping (MB), and water immersion (NN), then tested in compression at 7 and 28 days with results compared against cast, which shows that membrane wrapping produced the highest compressive strength, followed by water immersion and natural curing. A Relative Performance Index (RPI), using membrane curing as the baseline, indicates that the performance gap between methods narrows as specimen age. The compressive strength of the printed wall unit cells was substantially lower than that of the cast reference specimens, reflecting the effects of the layered structure, interlayer transition zones, and printing-induced porosity. These findings confirm that membrane wrapping is a feasible and effective curing solution for 3D-printed concrete wall elements on site.
