Trí tuệ nhân tạo (AI) đang ngày càng trở thành một trợ thủ đắc lực cho kiến trúc sư, giúp tự động hóa quy trình, tối ưu hóa thiết kế, lập kế hoạch đô thị và phân tích dữ liệu để tạo ra các công trình hiệu quả, sáng tạo và bền vững hơn. Thay vì thay thế hoàn toàn, AI đóng vai trò là một công cụ cộng tác, giúp kiến trúc sư giảm bớt gánh nặng công việc thủ công và tập trung vào vai trò sáng tạo, chiến lược và nhân văn hơn. Bài viết này tập trung vào việc đánh giá lợi ích của trí tuệ nhân tạo (AI), vai trò, nhiệm vụ của kiến trúc sư trong thời đại của trí tuệ nhân tạo cũng như hạn chế của AI đối với nghề kiến trúc; từ đó đề xuất các quan điểm, lộ trình trong đào tạo và kỹ năng cần thiết của sinh viên ngành kiến trúc trong thời đại của trí tuệ nhân tạo (AI). Dù còn nhiều khó khăn, nhưng việc sử dụng AI hiệu quả sẽ giúp sinh viên ngành kiến trúc sau tốt nghiệp sẽ đáp ứng tốt được công việc với đạo đức nghề nghiệp cao.
Artificial Intelligence (AI) is increasingly becoming a powerful assistant for architects, helping to automate processes, optimize design, perform urban planning, and analyze data to create more efficient, creative, and sustainable works. Instead of complete replacement, AI acts as a collaborative tool, helping architects reduce the burden of manual work and focus more on creative, strategic, and humanistic roles. This article focuses on evaluating the benefits and limitations of Artificial Intelligence (AI), as well as the role and responsibilities of architects in the age of artificial intelligence for the architecture profession; thereby proposing perspectives, a training roadmap and the necessary skills for architecture students in the age of Artificial Intelligence (AI). Despite many challenges, the effective use of AI will help graduating architecture students better meet job demands with high professional ethics.
