Bài báo nghiên cứu thực trạng chuyển đổi số trong các doanh nghiệp logistics Việt Nam nhằm làm rõ tác động của quá trình này đến hiệu quả vận hành năng lực cạnh tranh và khả năng phát triển bền vững. Nghiên cứu dựa trên lý thuyết năng lực động kết hợp dữ liệu thứ cấp và phân tích định tính để đánh giá mức độ chuyển đổi số hiện nay. Kết quả cho thấy chuyển đổi số mang lại lợi ích trực tiếp như giám sát thời gian thực và tối ưu chi phí đồng thời tạo nền tảng giúp doanh nghiệp thích ứng với xu hướng logistics bền vững. Điểm mới của nghiên cứu nằm ở cách tiếp cận tổng thể khi vừa chú trọng cải thiện hiệu quả trước mắt vừa hướng đến mục tiêu phát triển bền vững lâu dài trong quá trình chuyển đổi số. Từ đó bài viết đề xuất một số khuyến nghị hỗ trợ doanh nghiệp xây dựng chiến lược số hóa nâng cao năng lực nội tại và tận dụng chính sách hỗ trợ từ nhà nước nhằm phát triển bền vững và hội nhập sâu rộng hơn vào chuỗi cung ứng toàn cầu.
The article examines the current status of digital transformation in Vietnamese logistics enterprises to clarify the impact of this process on operational efficiency, competitiveness and sustainable development. The study is based on the theory of dynamic capabilities combined with secondary data and qualitative analysis to assess the current level of digital transformation. The results show that digital transformation brings direct benefits such as real-time monitoring and cost optimization, while laying a foundation for enterprises to adapt to sustainable logistics trends. The novelty of the study lies in the comprehensive approach that emphasizes both immediate performance improvement and long-term sustainability goals during the digital transformation process. Based on these insights, the article proposes several recommendations to support businesses in developing digital strategies, enhancing internal capacity and taking advantage of governmental supporting policies to achieve sustainable growth and deeper integration into the global supply chains.
