không, ô tô và đóng tầu. Trong đó, uốn có gia nhiệt là phương pháp đặc biệt và có nhiều ưu
điểm. Bài báo này, tác giả ứng dụng phần mềm Ansys 18.2 vào việc mô phỏng số quá trình
uốn cho thép tấm SS400 ở 02 điều kiện nhiệt độ khác nhau là: Điều kiện nhiệt độ phòng và
điều kiện có gia nhiệt ở 6000C.
Metal forming is a basic mechanical industry, and bending is an often used
method in the forming of steel plate in the aviation, shipbuilding and automobile industry. In
particular, bending at elevated temperatures is a special method and has many advantages.
In this paper, the authors apply the Ansys 18.2 software for numerical simulation of heatbending process for SS400 steel plates in two different temperature conditions which are at
room temperature and 6000C.
