Năm 2019 - năm Việt Nam và Liên bang Nga (LB Nga) kỷ niệm 25 hai nước ký Hiệp ước “Những
nguyên tắc cơ bản của quan hệ hữu nghị giữa Cộng hòa chủ nghĩa xã hội Việt Nam và LB Nga” và
cũng là năm hai bên tổ chức các hoạt động Năm Việt Nam tại Nga và Năm Nga tại Việt Nam. Nhìn lại lịch sử gần 70 năm quan hệ (30/01/1950 - 30/01/2019), quan hệ hai nước đã trải qua khá nhiều thăng trầm. Trong đó, sự chuyển biến của tính chất quan hệ hai nước những thập niên đầu thế kỷ XXI từ đối tác chiến lược lên đối tác chiến lược toàn diện thực sự là một mảng sáng đáng ghi nhớ. Cùng với sự chuyển biến của quan hệ chính trị, hợp tác kinh tế Việt Nam - LB Nga đã có sự vận động và phát triển, đáp ứng lợi ích cho cả hai bên. Bài viết tập trung làm rõ quá trình vận động của hợp tác kinh tế Việt Nam - LB Nga từ đối tác chiến lược lên đối tác chiến lược toàn diện, đồng thời chỉ ra nguyên nhân của sự vận động, phát triển đó và cả những mặt còn tồn tại.
In 2019, Vietnam and Russia celebrated the 25th anniversary of the two countries’ signing of the Treaty
“The basic principles of friendly relations between the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the Russian
Federation” and also the year the two sides organized the annual activities of Vietnam in Russia and
vice versa. Looking back at the history of nearly 70 years of relationship (January 30, 1950 - January
30, 2019), we can see that the relations between the two countries have gone through many ups and
downs. In particular, the change in the nature of relations between the two countries in the fist decade
of the 21st century from strategic partners to comprehensive strategic partners is really a memorable
milestone. In that sense, economic cooperation is a fild that the two sides pay much attention to and is
a top priority in the Vietnamese - Russian relations. Along with the transformation of political relations,
the Vietnamese - Russian economic cooperation has mobilized and developed. The paper focuses on
clarifying the process of mobilization of Vietnamese - Russian economic cooperation from strategic
partners to comprehensive strategic partners, while pointing out the causes of such mobilization and
development and some diffiult aspects of this process.
