This paper will discuss the viewpoint of “being hardworking, economizing, having integrity and not corrupting” suggested by Ho Chi Minh, followed by the direction of applying these ideas into economic activities in order to improve productivity, practice economization, get rid of waste and corruption so that people’s lives are improved (both materially and ideally).
