Trong xu thế hội nhập và cạnh tranh khốc liệt, trước những đòi hỏi về việc cung cấp nguồn nhân lực chất lượng cao cho thành phố và đất nước, Trường Đại học Hải Phòng (ĐHHP) đã không ngừng cải tiến, nâng cao chất lượng giáo dục và đào tạo (GD&ĐT) bằng nhiều biện pháp, trong đó có xây dựng môi trường văn hóa (MTVH). Nhà trường cũng đã đạt được những thành tựu đáng ghi nhận trong lĩnh vực này, tuy nhiên vẫn còn ở mức khiêm tốn. Với mong muốn góp phần nhỏ bé vào thực hiện nhiệm vụ của Nhà trường trong giai đoạn hiện tại và tương lai, nâng cao uy tín và vị thế của Nhà trường, bài viết phân tích thực trạng và đề xuất một số giải pháp xây dựng MTVH tại ĐHHP.
In the trend of integration and fierce competition, facing the requirements of providing high-quality human resources for the city and the country, Haiphong University has constantly renewed and renovated their quality of education and training by various measures, including building a cultural environment. The school has also attained remarkable achievements in this field; however, these are still at a modest level. With the desire to make a small contribution to the performance of the school’s tasks in the present and future period to improve the prestige and status of the school, the article analyses the current situation and proposes some solutions to build the cultural environment at Haiphong University.
