Bài viết nghiên cứu những tiền đề nhận thức lý luận có tính đột phá cục bộ về nền kinh tế thị trường của Đảng trước thời kỳ đổi mới. Từ đó, tiếp tục khái quát hóa và làm rõ quá trình bổ sung, hoàn thiện tư duy kinh tế của Đảng ta về nền kinh tế thị trường định hướng xã hội chủ nghĩa. Thông qua đó, khẳng định Đảng Cộng sản Việt Nam đã từng bước hình thành và phát triển tư duy kinh tế đúng đắn về nền kinh tế thị trường định hướng xã hội chủ nghĩa. Điều đó, có vai trò đặc biệt quan trọng trong việc mở đường, tạo địa bàn rộng lớn, tạo động lực mới để phát triển kinh tế đất nước nhanh, bền vững trong bối cảnh tích cực và chủ động hội nhập quốc tế và phòng, chống dịch bệnh Covid – 19 trong giai đoạn hiện nay, làm cho đất nước phồn vinh, nhân dân hạnh phúc.
The article studies the theoretical and cognitive premises with local breakthroughs about the market economy of the Party before the Innovation period and then generalizes and clarifies the process of supplementing and perfecting our Party’s economic thinking on the socialist-oriented market economy. Thereby, it is affirmed that the Communist Party of Viet Nam has gradually formed and developed the correct economic thinking about a socialist-oriented market economy. That has a particularly important role in paving the way, creating a large geographical area, creating new impetus for rapid and sustainable economic development of the country in the context of active and proactive international integration and prevention against the Covid-19 pandemic in the current period, making the country prosperous and the people happy.
