Kinh tế số là minh chứng cho sự triển mạnh mẽ và tác động sâu rộng đến mọi lĩnh vực trong đời sống xã hội, đóng góp đáng kể vào tổng thu nhập quốc dân của nhiều quốc gia trong thời đại cách mạng công nghiệp 4.0 hiện nay. Việc hiểu biết đầy đủ và chính xác về những lợi ích và cả thách thức mà kinh tế số mang lại là yếu tố then chốt để phát triển kinh tế số một cách hiệu quả. Đồng thời, kinh tế số cũng làm phát sinh nhiều thử thách cho nên kinh tế xoay quanh khái niệm kinh tế số, mô hình phát triển đi kèm hoạt động đo lường chính xác kinh tế số. Ngoài việc áp dụng phương pháp nghiên cứu thu thập và phân tích số liệu thứ cấp từ các công trình nghiên cứu uy tín như hội thảo, báo và tạp chí chuyên ngành, tác giả còn khai thác dữ liệu từ Viện nghiên cứu và quản lý kinh tế Trung ương, Tổng cục thống kê để hoàn thiện bài báo.Việc nhận định và đánh giá đúng đủ, chính xác thực trạng kinh tế số tại Việt Nam giai đoạn gần đây, tác giả đề xuất một số biện pháp góp phần cải thiện sự phát triển lớn của lĩnh vực này trong tương lai, đồng thời hỗ trợ phát triển nguồn nhân lực chất lượng ngày càng lớn mạnh hơn nữa.
The digital economy is a testament to its strong development and profound impact on all areas of social life, making a significant contribution to the gross national income of many countries in the current era of the 4.0 industrial revolution. A full and accurate understanding of the benefits and challenges that the digital economy brings is a key factor in developing the digital economy effectively. At the same time, the digital economy also gives rise to many challenges, therefore economics revolves around the concept of digital economy, the development model accompanied by the accurate measurement of the digital economy. Besides the application of research methods to collect and analyze secondary data from reputable research works such as seminars, newspapers and specialized magazines, the author also mines the data from the Central Institute for Economic Management, General Statistics Office to complete the article. By properly identifying and assessing the current state of Viet Nam digital economy in the recent period, the author proposes a number of measures which contribute to improving the great development of this field in the future, while supporting the development of increasingly stronger quality human resources.
