Trong thời đại ngày nay, điều tạo nên sự khác biệt và thành công cho mỗi sinh viên chính là kỹ năng để biến tri thức khoa học thành thực tế. Rất nhiều sinh viên tốt nghiệp gặp khó khăn khi xin việc vì thiếu kỹ năng mềm. Thành công trong công việc có thể chỉ cần 25% kiến thức nhưng cần 75% kỹ năng mềm. Chính vì vậy, các trường đại học nói chung và trường Đại học Hải Phòng nói riêng cần phải có chiến lược cụ thể, rõ ràng trong công tác đào tạo kỹ năng mềm góp phần tăng cơ hội thành công cho sinh viên sau khi ra trường và đáp ứng yêu cầu xã hội. Nghiên cứu này khảo sát thực tiễn tình hình đào tạo kỹ năng mềm, đưa ra các phân tích và đề xuất một số giải pháp nhằm nâng cao kỹ năng mềm cho sinh viên trường Đại học Hải Phòng, giúp các em có thể thành công trong sự nghiệp.
In the contemporary world, what makes the difference and success of each student are the tools and skills to turn scientific knowledge into reality. A number of graduates find it difficult finding a job because of insufficient soft skills. Work success can be composed of only 25% knowledge and 75% soft skills. Therefore, universities in general and Hai Phong University in particular need to identify specific and clear strategies in training soft skills for students to increase their work success opportunities after graduation and meet the societal demands. This study investigates the situation of training of soft skills, analyses the data and propose feasible solutions to improve soft skills for students at Hai Phong University to support their career achievements.
